Here is a list of all our Boot Camps. You also get access to all Free Saturday Workouts!
Indoor Bootcamp $199 Purchase required to enroll
This Bootcamp will last 5 weeks and meet 3 times per week on Tu, Th, and Friday. Anna will be your Coach and will lead you through workouts every day. She will also help you with your nutrition! All you need to do is SHOW UP!
Athlete Camp $199.99 Purchase required to enroll
15 week athlete camp focusing on improving speed, agility and quickness for young athletes. Class will meet at 5pm on Wednesdays. We believe it is important to continue to train at least once per week in-season, so athletes can either maintain fitness or improve fitness!
Class will begin with a supervised warm up, transition to speed work, then plyometric work and end with basic weight lifting or calisthenics.
Tell your athlete to bring a water bottle and a good attitude... we will handle the rest

Versus Kids Camp 2024 $120 Purchase required to enroll
Join us for an unforgettable week of fun and adventure at our kids' camp! We’ll dive into fundamental strength work, exciting speed and agility drills, strength and conditioning exercises, and thrilling team sports and games. Kids will navigate obstacle courses and enjoy lunch while watching a movie. We provide lunch and snacks—just bring a water bottle! It’s the ultimate blend of activity and relaxation!
