Indoor

Indoor Program

Training focused on short but intense sessions comprised of the basic everyday movements; pushing, pulling, squatting, and lifting. Incorporates barbells and strength training under supervision of our experienced coaches. Sessions typically last 50 to 60min and consist of a warm up, strength session, and a conditioning session.

  • Monday- 5am, 6am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
  • Tuesday- 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 11:30am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
  • Wednesday- 5am, 6am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
  • Thursday- 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 11:30am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
  • Friday- 5am, 6am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm
  • Saturday- 7am, 8am, 9am
