Terms and conditions for Semi-private
Cancellation Policy: To avoid being billed for the next cycle, clients must cancel by the 1st of the month. For example, if you don’t want to be billed on October 15th (for the period from October 15th to November 15th), you must cancel by October 1st. If the cancellation request is received after the 1st, you will still be billed on October 15th, covering you through November 15th. Cancellations must be submitted via email to steve@versusstrengthandconditioning.com.
Session Expiry: A "session" is defined as one scheduled semi-private training appointment. Sessions are not transferable, cannot be split between multiple participants, and must be used within the current billing cycle (from the 15th of one month to the 15th of the next). Any unused sessions at the end of the cycle will expire and cannot be carried over to future months.
Gym Closure: In the event that the gym must close or cancel sessions due to circumstances beyond our control (such as acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, etc.), we will make every effort to reschedule the affected sessions. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions due to these events or missing the rescheduled session.
