VOLT - Versus Online Training

We know you are busy and limited time to get to the gym. We've created our online platform and community so you can take Versus Strength & Conditioning programming with you anywhere and minimal equipment.

V O L T is weekly workouts, including video demos, requires minimal time and equipment. No matter what level fitness you are starting V O L T, we've got you covered. We have Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced workouts. You pick your intensity, but no matter what, you will get in your workout! We program workouts ranging from the use of just your body weight and no equipment to minimal equipment such as dumb bells, bands and jump ropes.

Online Community and Accountability
You become a part of our private Facebook page, which you will be granted access once enrolled. Here you will receive coach support, video demos and workouts through out each week.

This is a monthly subscription payment plan. All plans are billed on the 15th of each month. If you enroll in the middle of a billing month, you will be prorated the cost for the days remaining in the month which will be due at enrollment.

After purchase you will be prompted to join our private facebook page where weekly workouts and video demos will be loaded. We will also give you access to our private website workout library full of current week workouts and video demos, along with past workouts by date.
